Summary
Flychain ended 2024 with 50 customers and $503K of booked ARR for our platform. In Q1 2025, we added an additional 36 customers and $340K of booked ARR.
Channel partners were the biggest driver of this growth accounting for 23 out of 36 of these new customers in Q1.
Booked ARR
February 2025 was our strongest month to date with 17 new customers signed and $202,200 in booked ARR. This contributed to a total of $376,800 in cumulative booked ARR for Q1 2025.
Stickiness

Franchises
Flychain has entered into a strategic partnership with Interim HealthCare, a leading Home Health franchise with 330 independently owned and operated franchisees. The goal is to roll out Flychain to this whole ecosystem in 2025.
So far, Flychain has been introduced to 18 franchisees and we’ve signed 6 so far with two more scheduled to move forward in Q3.
Flychain was invited to attend the 2025 Interim HealthCare Annual Conference in May where we will have the chance to interact with 80% of Interim’s franchisee owners.
We also have active conversations with 4 additional franchises across home health and ABA. We plan to run the same “Interim” playbook with these other franchises.

While these conversations are in the early stage, we want to highlight how these partners view Flychain in the “Healthcare Vendor Stack”. The diagram below shows how we present Flychain to partners like ModMed. We emphasize that we do not touch the clinical side e.g. EMR and PM. By positioning Flychain as the holistic financial platform, we are not viewed as competitive but rather a complementary solution that can bolster our partner’s offering.
